All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to ten (8) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders that are placed Monday-Thursday before 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification.
Orders shipped with $35 Express Shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days after the order has been verified and shipped. Orders placed after 1PM EST with Express Shipping will be processed on the following business day, Monday through Friday. We do not offer Express Shipping for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO and FPO addresses.

US & CANADA orders totaling $50 or more ship free via USPS.
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. Return shipping costs vary by shipping method used in the order. Ground shipping return charges are $8. To reship a refused or undeliverable package is another a shipping cost dependent on what kind of shipping you prefer. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, there is a 15% restocking fee.
