Return Information
We accept returns postmarked within 15days of the date your package ships from us.
Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return, and the shoes will be returned to you.
Cosmetics, Gift Cards, Intimates, Bodysuits, Tights, Socks, or Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Jewelry, Sunglasses, and ID Cases are returnable in new condition but not exchangeable.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs vary by shipping method used in the order. Overnight and 2nd Day Air return shipping charges are $18. Third Day Air and Ground return shipping charges are $7. To reship a refused or undeliverable package is another a shipping cost dependent on what kind of shipping you prefer. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, there is a 15% restocking fee.
